Do you have a onsie? What is it like?

In our Cybersmart lesson this week we carried on with our Space project. We added another page to our project and learned how to make a new page and make a new background. Then our sprites were playing a game together.

Every morning we start our school day with karakia. We have a karakia for Wainui Beach School.
Here we are saying karakia this morning to start our new day of learning.
This week in our Cybersmart lesson we were working in Scratch Jnr again. Today we learned how to make the astronaut sprite look like us by inserting our face using the camera. We had to create our own alien using the paint editor. We also learned how to record our voices so we could make our sprites talk.
Then we put in the code blocks so they didn't talk at the same time and we used the motion code blocks to make the sprites move. We will carry on with this project next week so we can make the sprites do something together in space.
